Be Part of the Movement
At ChosenWell, we’re not just delivering care — we’re building a future where LGBTQ+ and BIPOC elders are seen, respected, and deeply supported. This work isn’t done in isolation. It takes a community of advocates, caregivers, volunteers, and allies who believe that everyone deserves to age with dignity and belonging.
Whether you have time, skills, resources, or simply a passion for inclusive care, there’s a place for you here. Join us in challenging outdated systems, amplifying unheard voices, and creating safe, affirming spaces for those who’ve paved the way before us. Your role matters — and your support makes this movement possible. Through virtual and in-person sessions, we guide teams in developing inclusive policies, trauma-informed practices, and deeper relational understanding. Our goal is to help organizations shift from intention to impact — creating environments where every person feels safe, seen, and supported as they age.

What is a Care Partner?
A Care Partner is a dedicated volunteer who offers relational support to LGBTQ+ and BIPOC elders through intentional, compassionate connection. This role centers on cultural humility, active listening, and emotional presence — not clinical care. Care Partners help create a trusted circle of support, offering companionship and meaningful engagement that honors each individual’s identity and lived experience.
